How are the seats either second row floor or second level first row?

I've seen a speaker from the balcony before and had a good view of him, in addition to the viewscreen

The Simple Minds concert had seats on the floor, although everyone stood for the whole concert. I'm sure a lecture would have floor seats. The front row balcony had great views, except for the aisle seat 7, the railing blocks your view

Even the 300 section isn't bad. The 400s are a little further away, but the Tabsrnacle is stacked tall, not out.

Second level seating is pretty good. This is a small venue which makes seeing live music really great.

There are no seats on the floor. Seating is only available on the balconies.
