There are a number of paid lots near the Tabernacle but many are multi-level lots where you may have some difficulty getting around. There are some uncovered lots but they are usually pretty small at around 30 spaces. Your best bet would be to arrive well before the doors open and hope that one of the uncovered lots has space. If you are going to a weekend show then you would want to arrive even earlier. There are plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance if you habe to kill some time. Level 73 in the Westin is a great place for a drink with awesome views. Worst case you could find a shopping center/grocery store with lots of parking and Uber from there. If I recall correctly there are a few shopping centers along North Ave. or Ponce de Leon. I can't vouch for the safety of those hours late at night.

If you're part of the band it's no problem. If you're not part of the band if it fits in one spot you should be fine. However if you need more than one spot I would contact the venue and ask. Or you could just pay for two spots probably. Get there early and you can park about 50 feet from the venue. But again if you're part of the road crew then they will have an area blocked off in the parking lot next to the venue for large trucks to carry equipment. However like I just said if you're not part of the group playing there and you're just a concert-goer then I would recommend calling the venue to make sure that you can purchase more than one spot unless your car fits in one parking spot. Hopefully that made sense. Basically what I'm trying to say is that it should be no problem unless your car is completely massive and needs more than one spot.
