I needed to change insurance companies, the rate increase was off the charts crazy! I called three different insurance companies comparing apples to apples so I would know if I was getting a good deal or not. Before I placed the calls I looked at reviews of the insurance companies that had 100 to 300 minimum reviews. We are over 60 with no accidents, wrecks or tickets, both with a great driving record. I noticed that Tyler Hood State Farm Office excelled in all of their reviews. When I called the office for the estimate I spoke with a young man by the name of Hayden Minix. He was polite, professional, he was on point and very informative. When I asked him to compare apples to apples from my existing policy he did exactly what I asked him to do. I mentioned I was looking for lower rates. He worked with me and gave me options that benefited my husband and I. We received better coverage for less than what the other 2 companies estimates were, in addition too, the new rates quoted from my existing insurance company. I have called him back three or four times to ask questions and each time he was professional courteous taking care of everything that I’ve asked him about. If you need insurance I would suggest giving State Farm - Tyler Hood Agency a call and ask for Hayden. I do not know him personally. I’m not one of those that get paid to post good reviews. I’m a real person that works hard for my money and every dollar saved is a dollar in my pocket. You may like that yourself. Call Hayden! Tell Hayden I referred you.

I am a 4th generation State Farm customer and have had many different agents along the way. Most have been good, but Tyler has been exceptionally good. Most importantly, he really shows me how much he really cares about the customer...like I am his only customer! He also finds every way he can to save me the absolute most money possible on my premium. In addition, he spells everything out crossing every t and dotting every I!
