Good evening, I'm interested in making Reservation. However, I've been calling for 3days no answer. What exactly are the procedures or is it necessary to make reservations for a party of 6.

Calling in the evening is correct, try specifically after 7. With a party of 6 you will need a reservation. As stated earlier the place is small, it fills up quick.

We made reservations and we were guaranteed a table. We were able to sit near the stage. We still had to stand in line, but we were able to go to the front of the line. There were only two of us. Keep in mind that the venue is small. Call late afternoon or early evening. You may be able to make reservations online too.

Probably not necessary to make reservations here unless it's like a party. I would advise calling during the evening hours to reach someone to make such arrangements.
