Placed an order through the app for drive thru pick up, arrived at 9:08PM on a Friday 10/14/22. Drive thru lane was blocked off. Parked just as the lights shut off and the manager walked out and locked the door behind him. I asked if they were closing, and he said yes because he had been there since 5PM and it’s the second night in a row they’ve left him there by himself. He told me I could request a refund through the app, which I did. He was friendly, and I understand. Employees are sick of being taken advantage of. This place needs to get it together, or just stay closed.
