I went in early this morning at about 8:30am. 4 people were working in the front, looked at me, but still took 15 minutes before at least one of them acknowledged me. I ordered quiche and tomato basil soup. Both were not even lukewarm, in other words....cold. Also the tables and floors were so dirty. When I came in about 2 week ago the French speaking girl working the front area was so cold and rude. Even the customer in front of me asked if I noticed her attitude. What is going on at this place? It use to be so well maintained, clean with friendly employees.

I used to work here.. Applied for the back of house but was TOLD I'm going to be an SA because "we need SA's" So I took it and just worked. The GM is very disrespectful and doesn't know how to run a store. She should definitely be and employee and not a GM. She wants to cross train but doesn't want to give you the proper pay. NOBODY is ever on time. They don't wear gloves half the time. Saw 2 roaches in the cooking oil. A dine in customer called me over to his table because a huge roach was crawling by his table. It rained and we had a whole swimming pool by the bathrooms. Honestly this place needs a whole new team of people INCLUDING GM.. If the GM had more respect for people maybe I wouldn't have quit🤷🏽‍♀️

I used to work here, and was hopeful of a positive work environment and atmosphere. However Chantel is rude, disrespectful, and cheap. She wants to cross train but doesn’t want to pay. I was moved from the position I was hired which was catering , forced to work as a cashier and wasn’t even offered the pay for working both positions. She talks to people very disrespectfully, and she’s sleeping with her assistant. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth. She’s lost good managers and employees . 0/10 would not recommend.
