I got my biometrics taken March 9th at the passport renewal that took place in Houston March 8th-10th. How long before I get my passport if I requested a UPS ground return service?. Need my passport to travel by May.

A good one month will be ideal because of the recent system upgrade at the Atlanta Consulate that might av caused delay in processing the passports

if you use USPS priority mail. I think a week or 2 depending on how long it takes them to process it.
