I’ve been calling the office for some days now, I already completed my online application for passport renewal but I don’t have a date yet. What should I do because nobody is picking the calls at the office.

Those guys don't pick up calls. If you really need to a response from them, you have to physically go to the office in Atlanta, Georgia like I did. It does not make sense, right? Unfortunately, that is the only option if you want an answer to your calls.

I was there 2 weeks ago. They were not open to the public. They said to keep checking their website. You're right, they never answer their phone. Very annoying.
