I married a Nigerian and hes still there my visa expired can I apply for a renewal or do I have to get a complete new one. and if I can how and wqhere do I get the renewal one

Yes you can apply for new passport first with your new last name. Then renew your Visa showing your new name. But when applying for new passport you must send your old passport to them. They then will punch a hole in the old one and return the new passport along with the old one. I had to do that after returning from Nigeria after my marriage to my husband who is Nigerian.
