I was there about 6 months ago - we usually go once a year. It's true there are can-can girls, but I don't recall ever seeing any cowgirls. Indeed, it would be nice if they'd add a reenactment starring Annie Oakley or another famous female from the "Old West".
They have can can girls that perform the can can dance.
Did not see any when I was there.
Nary a cowgirl to be seen.
There are women that work there in the saloon and as someone else said there are can can dancers but as far as the old west shows with the cowboys when I was there I didn't see any women dressed as cowgirls. The shows seem to be based on tales of the old west.
