Why is it so hard to speak to a service agent ? I've changed my number and now can't call them ,even so there would be no answer.I'll never change my number again without making the 30 minute trip to town .I have health issues and need my phone.

You have a long wait 3ven if you show up at their store. Verizon is the ONLY service that works in the mountains and now it sucks too because so many people are using it.
