First off I have to call a 1-800 number just to get ahold of someone. Then when I finally get ahold of someone I have to play 20 questions just to get this stores number. Well I finally get it and Noone answered no matter how many times I call. So how am I supposed to reach this store? How am I supposed to see if the have new phones in stocks to buy?

Literally receive confirmation from the one rep working that their service is just trash currently. 3 of the 4 customers there in the few minutes it took to get the conformation were there for the same reason... horrible service too often! Used to be the best and only service in the area without service issues and dropped calls. SMH

You have a long wait 3ven if you show up at their store. Verizon is the ONLY service that works in the mountains and now it sucks too because so many people are using it.
from what I understand AT&t are tearing down all of their cell towers which MetroPCS uses the bounce off of as well,just from experience Verizon is a little bit pricey but you get great reception up here in these mountains 😀
