While living in the area I always accompanied my mother to do her phone upgrades at this store mainly because I worked in the phone industry and enjoyed guiding her through the process. Now that I moved to a different state, my mother went to the store today alone for the first time in attempt to upgrade for the new iPhone 14 pro max. Unfortunately this is what happened with the women that was assisting her. 1. The service rep told her that she has way to many pictures and videos and that it would take 5+ hours to help her transfer her data from one device to her new device and that they were not willing to spend time helping her out with something that takes that long (Great signs of wonderful customer service, you all sure get A for effort on that category). Great way to get a Hispanic older female nervous and scared to lose her personal data and not feel comfortable enough that her local Verizon store has her back to get her up and running only because it’s iPhone release weeks and you are not willing to help her on the side in efforts of maximizing your commission sales. 2. Once my mother was sent away with bad service the rep then says I can’t promise you that if you leave now that your device will be worth the same price tomorrow. (great scheme to ensure you get the sale today so that your sale doesn’t walk out the door. I have been a store manager for many stores in my days like AT&T T-Mobile and sprint and those in this industry know that this phone was announced two days ago. By this time the companies already have their trade in values and offered all figured out hence the reason that preorders are open so we know damn well that those trade in values are not changing tomorrow. Stop scheming on older people that can’t defend themselves, ITS NOT RIGHT!! A complaint has been formally filed with Verizon corporate and you have just lost a customer.

I went to the store looking for help because my iPhone was overheating, we just bought it 3 weeks ago but the representative in duty Tonya was very rude she told us that if we have any issue with the phone we have to go to any Apple Store.

When calling any verizon store hit option 3 and that'll put you thru to the store itself. The listed number is correct.
Yes there is a kiosk to pay by credit cards or debit cards they do not accept cash
