This is more of a rant than a question. To me, the service had always been acceptable, and the food great. And nobody but Chick-fil-A can be Chick-fil-A.
When the owner doesn’t care about customer service, how do you expect employees to?
Their service sucks! They hire the worst in hospitality! I prefer to order in advance and pick up later than they say.... that way I can minimize interactions with them! Service is JUST HORRID!
I have ALWAYS had great customer service even during lunch hour when Delta dominates the building & the food is awesome! Sometimes, you get what you give. They deal with a large fast-paced crowd at times & behind that counter seems pretty hot. If a smile and some patience were given when ordering, you just may get one in return.
Right I just payed 15.73 for 10 wing combo and I didn’t order a side of attitude. The food costs too much to deal with attitudes!!
Service & sides are horrible........but the meat is great
I care about the food first and it was really good. As long as there are no delays or problems with the food, service is not a big deal. No, it's not fast food restaurant.
It's busy, it's hot, I understand why they may seem frustrated. No it's not chick FIL a
Great service, good food! All employees were nice and friendly, went out of their way to help us!
Yes, well, that's what you get when employees don't care about customer service.
yes need to be more customer focused like Chick fila
When I go I always am satisfied. Hands down the BEST BBQ in the Hapeville, East Point, College Park area!!! Their BBQ is genuine and consistently awesomely delicious, with real meats and sides....things as a BBQer I know take time. So I don't mind the wait. I just head to the bar for a drink. 👍🏽
The food is ALWAYS delicious, and I've never had a problem with their customer service. As far as the prices are concerned, I feel they are competitive and the food is well worth it.
I've eaten here plenty of times, food is awesome and service is fine. But then again I don't burst through the door with an entitled and snooty disposition. I'm polite from the beginning and I have always recieved the same response from whoever is behind that counter. Some of you probably need to take accountability for the fact that you are the one with the nasty attitude and you just got back what you put out. Period. If you want someone to kiss your a** regardless of how you treat them, then go to chick-fil-A.
Just had the same experience and the food was not good either.
Yes Shay I agree with you 100% the young lady on the register didn't even smile or even said hello. I was so excited about my first time in ATL area. Got a very bad vibe when ordering that I didn't feel like being there. But I kept telling myself that it was probably that she was having a bad day but it appears that I'm not the only one. Also, for the price you pay servings should be a bit larger.
It’s strange that as many times I’ve been here to eat the customer service has been great. The staff has always been on the business when it comes to making sure the customers have everything they need to eat in a comfortable environment. Some of these comments sound like some fairy tale stories...who comes to a place over 2 times it the service wasn’t up to their standards. Smh let’s keep it real!!! Thank you Pit Boss for everything!!
Treated me with respect, great food
Service bad but they will never be chick fila no one will lol
Whatever they tell you the wait is, double it!
Look, if you give them any sign of attitude or impatience you will get it right back. They are in there all day serving a gajillion people. Call ahead or order ONLINE < ---- attitude not intended.
