I would recommend hid for the low beams (brighter, better coverage) then LEDs for the highs (instant on and not used as much. Still bright but not as good as hids for the lows)

Go on TRS website and search under your model. I believe they make the new Morimoto 2 stroke in a size that will work with your Ram.
