I guess You would need Your Birth certificate change Your registration to ga .insurance 2 piece of mail with Ga residence. Better yet go to ga dds.com to find out everything needed

You just bring your birth certificate and a piece of mail from Georgia with your name on it. Then go the tag office in your area and get the tags
