Bring a mask. It was all open last weekend, so likely will be this weekend.

There last weekend, needed a mask to rent a bike but not to ride

Just got home from there (July 1st) Very few wore masks and beaches were pretty crowded. We avoided the beaches because it didn't seem very safe to me. Not a sole on the beach wore a mask and neither the lifeguards nor security did anything about it. Bike rentals are all open as well as boat and canoe rentals.

No masks being worn that I saw. On bike paths or beaches. Its mainly for where social distancing isn't possible or too difficult. Though if swimming areas become crowded, you may want one. The park is open, beaches open though life guarded beaches do vary throughout the day. Bikes are available for rent (check the park website for location information) but you may want to arrive early since they may rent out fast.
