They can do it very reasonable at the SPCA CLINIC. Call Spca and they can set up an appointment for you
I asked them about it for a cat of mine, newly adopted when i went to pick up a rescue dog. They never got back to me. There is a spay nueter clinic just outside Harrisonburg. Very cheap. Can do first shots fiv tests and chip all cheap. Drop in morning early pick up at supper time. Way cheaper then vets cheaper then spca.
