Make it to the notary with the apostle. When it is translated, an apostille is added when you legalize the translation and it is valid in Romania! It is not worth the trouble. There are some unmitigated. So the consular service does not even offer Burkina Faso ...

I made a sale-purchase power of attorney, at an authorized notary from the USA, it has the apostille from The Hague and, despite all this, in Romania the notary refuses it. Ask for it to be issued, exclusively, at the consulate or embassy!
