Just to let you all know that the lady that answers the calls is not a Singaporean. She is from the Philippines. It’s hard to get things done and get genuine answers from them. Lack of knowledge I must say. I asked for a Singaporean she passed me to her Filipino colleague it’s frustrating. The one in San Francisco is very efficient and all are from Singapore. You get straight answers from them. My passport takes a long time to process not sure what they did to my application before sent out to I C A. Now I have to pay extra for faster service???? It’s been more than 4 weeks!
