With trafic it does not take long with traffic it depends. Good question though.

In my opinion a great deal depends on the weather traffic slows considerably when there strong winds no matter the amount of traffic and quite understandable so when you are mid-span on a ghost comes along it can move you around especially if you're not high sided vehicle
