I would recommend visiting www.aacpl.net for a full list of in branch and online resources and publications available through the county library system. It will also refer you to Marina as a search option for other library systems in the state, but you will need your library card number to log into Marina.
It should renew unless there's a hold on it or you've renewed it the max allowed times. And yes, as long as it is in that drop box tonight, it will count towards today's date. (I know both through personal experience.)
If they are open you can renew in person or over the phone. You can renew online 24/7.
