Yes, if your test is after 11am. If not you can drink it all Monday evening.

What is Colyte, Golyte, Trilyte, Nulytely and where do I acquire it?

Colyte is the prep that you drink the day before your procedure. You may pick it up from any pharmacy. Just follow the directions that AAGA sends to you via email.
