Everyone who works here lives in Salisbury so if ya need them they will not be here for quite some time. Ignorant who ever hired their whole crew living a hour or more away. Plus stairs are nasty no one cleans and dog feces is everywhere.

Let me correct you , I called at 7am no one showed up until 1130 am but yes they came same day. Emergency number in my opinion should be more immediate. What are your excuses for nails sticking up and you calling me telling us we have been wrote up due to us having to keep our furry family member on and off balcony keeping him stepping on carpet nails? Anyway I wld never recommend anyone to get a apartment here even the $500 referral fee wouldn’t tempt me. Great place when I moved here , nice neighbors, beautiful balcony view but that’s abt it

Good Afternoon Crystal, When you called the emergency line, we came there right away to take pictures (in which are documented). Sherwin Williams is in your unit currently changing the padding in the carpet due to the leak. We also have a scheduled contractor coming out for the ceiling drywall (please also be aware that when there is a ceiling leak, you cannot have it worked on until it dries completely). Sherwin Williams was in your unit the same day the leak happened, (was due to a resident mistake) with their blowers and kept them there all weekend to dry the carpets. AGAIN, this is part of the process when you have a leak, the carpets and ceiling must be completely dried before we are able to do any further work. We are sorry you have been misinformed about our staff, they are very local. This is the 1st we have heard of your concerns you have posted on Google. You are more than welcome to come to the office and speak of any other issues you may have. Have a good day!
