I am not normally one to leave reviews however I had the most wonderful experience today during my tour. Jessica was amazing I am moving to Delaware retiring from the United States Air Force in January.I have toured many places the last few days and sure they were okay places and okay tours however today was reassuring to me that passion and pride in what one does still exists. Jessica was patient kind bubbly warm and knows her product and presents it well. Thank you Jessica for your kindness and patience with a old gal today and for lending a ear when I needed it most. Lost my partner not long ago so this was emotional for me. Your recommendation on a good lunch spot was much appreciated and it was delightful. I will see you soon with my application doll.

Me and my family are in building 600 and we are getting a lawyer ...we have to get out its so ridiculous

By the way, it is 800-106 who has the mold.

Where’s the mold located?

DO NOT MOVE HERE. My unit has wreaked of marijuana for months due to drug use in my building. Police have been out multiple times and at least 6 complaints filed with management and they do NOTHING.

They can’t do too much if you don’t have the exact unit. I believe for eviction the unit has to have multiple violations unless the 1 is grievous enough.

Has anyone else moved out of here lately and got a bill in the mail saying that we have a move out fee plus carpet repair and blinds to pay for? I'm sorry but isn't that what a security deposit is for?

Everyone who works here lives in Salisbury so if ya need them they will not be here for quite some time. Ignorant who ever hired their whole crew living a hour or more away. Plus stairs are nasty no one cleans and dog feces is everywhere.

Let me correct you , I called at 7am no one showed up until 1130 am but yes they came same day. Emergency number in my opinion should be more immediate. What are your excuses for nails sticking up and you calling me telling us we have been wrote up due to us having to keep our furry family member on and off balcony keeping him stepping on carpet nails? Anyway I wld never recommend anyone to get a apartment here even the $500 referral fee wouldn’t tempt me. Great place when I moved here , nice neighbors, beautiful balcony view but that’s abt it

I am looking to move here in July. Good or bad idea? Please give me your feedback. Just getting out of a bad apartment can’t afford to go into another.
