Has anyone else moved out of here lately and got a bill in the mail saying that we have a move out fee plus carpet repair and blinds to pay for? I'm sorry but isn't that what a security deposit is for?

Same thing happened to us. Our bill was so high we couldn’t afford it. And without even attempting setting up payment arrangements, Leander sent us to a debt collector.
