I am arriving 12:00am, will there be drivers to pick me up for the car rental and how long will I have to wait for pick up at BWI?

I believe the shuttle runs every 15-20 mins during normal business hours. Call to see if the schedule is still the same after 9pm. Sometimes with less traffic coming in at late/early hours in the day (9pm-5am) certain services are provided at later intervals (30min-45min)
