Hi, I'm a member of the project dog team. Project dogs are dogs that need extra love and attention because of behavior issues (probably caused by life on the streets, or abuse by humans). Volunteers work with those dogs to get them to adoptable status using extra care and love. Each dog "graduates" when they become adoptable. It's an amazing thing seeing a project dog become adoptable and join a family. Hope this helps.

These so-called project dogs are not yet ready to be adopted. Mainly because they have behavioral issues of some sort. So, the folks that work with these dogs put them through a rigorous behavioral modification process and when they graduate from this program they can men be United with a good loving family. It's a great program because they're not just wrote off as being pets that are unadoptable. Good luck to you hope this helps.
