If I could give a ZERO would!!! I’m a private caregiver that goes into the brookdale springs mesa in mesa Arizona 6220 e Broadway is not where you want to put my loved ones at any time!!!! Regan the executive director is very unprofessional and rude!!! I had an encounter with him today and rudely spoke to me and mind you I don’t work for them so has no right to instruct me to do anything nor talk to me in that matter as I’m a private caregiver trying to help someone else’s client not even mine and told me in a very rude matter “”your not needed in here anymore we got this!!!!!!

Just moved in within the week and got the welcome that you would absolutely want. The community friendly and welcoming the staff friendly and welcoming and very willing to help. The food is excellent and there's enough choices you will have no trouble finding something to eat. You can get Cheerios with strawberry ice cream for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful the trees in the courtyard are mature and fully grown and are just beautiful there's ponds of water that have little waterfalls throughout them. There's a swimming pool a workout room all kinds of activities and they get real happy during their happy hours here they dance there's live music they have a lot of fun here. It's been great. A place you can truly relax have fun and feel safe.

Yes they do. I hear it's comcast. The cost is $170 for the year for residents.

They have residents that are supported by ALTCS, however, they do not "do the paperwork" for the residents. They fully cooperate with those who are moved from Independant to Assisted living so they have a place to live while pending support.

Yes there is an exercise room that is open has exercise bikes, treadmill, weights and some other equipment.
