This facility is amazing, very clean, facilitated very well and gives outstanding service. Staff is very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They always greet you with kind words and a smile. They treat you like family. The facilitator and manager of the entire facility Michelle Redding is an awesome woman. She’s very knowledgeable ,considerate and helpful. She has a lot of experience and has so much empathy, for anyone who walks through that door potential clients and family members. I would recommend this facility anyone. I would go as far as even working there if I could if I was still in that field.

Where do I even begin with this facility. Every time that I have gone to this facility to visit, it is always knew employees. I visit frequently mind you. I have noticed over the past year that the cleanliness and care for the residents has gone down DRASTICALLY. Recently, I have started speaking to employees about what is going on. -upper management Does not care about the residents, they are all about money. -They will do whatever it takes to cut hours from employees to save money, AND lie on time sheets. -the company that owns them (Pegasus) does not worry about building relationships with staff OR residents. -They charge residents differently to take advantage of elderlies money. - Employees have had to fight over hours worked as hours worked are altered. -The lady running the nursing department is a MED TECH that acts as an RN when placing orders and when medical supplies are delivered, she also is very rude and disrespectful to colored people. This is straight from currently employees, how sad. For them to talk like this to a VISITOR is mind blowing. I can’t imagine what they are telling my church friends that I go visit. Next person to contact, state.
