Honestly, your best bet his to give the shelter a quick call. They will tell you if they can help you at all at their facility. If they can't they will give you some guidance on who can help you and where to get the service done. I wish you and your parents well it's never easy to lose a good friend. God bless

They do the service there for a turn in fee I believe it's around 50.
First off, I'm so sorry about your parents dog. Pets are the best! I don't know for certain, but I doubt any shelter can offer any guidance. Their job is to adopt new to you pets. I doubt hat would be comforting right now. Hope your parents dog gets better or peace comes to you and your family. I know I've already told my dog he can't go anywhere. He's 13 so that's worked thus far :)
