Benjamin, yeah unfortunately it's best to go in anyway. People that are very very helpful and committed to what they're doing so you'll get answers to your questions and they'll take care of you. We are not there info center and only have basic knowledge of facility.
you can't talk to someone by calling, you must actually go into a location
Go to the shelter (either location). There are many staff members and volunteers there who will be happy to help you.
