Judith, I'm sorry to say they don't offer any kind of Medical Care whatsoever. I've been in the same situation with pets in my life. Depending on how sick she is it may be time, so she doesn't suffer to Let Her Go. It's a very hard decision but think of the pain and the illness that She's suffering with that has to come first and is a responsibility of the pet owner. Good luck to you and God bless.
