Apparently there's a shelter that'll give out a free dog if you wear a Halloween mask, is this true? Since I checked that is the only shelter that's not shut down

It was back in September they were really full. I got my German shepherd Female for free spayed and shots. Even still $150 or less is not bad for a best friend"!

I have never ever heard that from anyone that a shelter gives out a free dog but it could be true don't know for sure...am find out👍
