Unless you find a rescue, the city nor county will do anything about cats
This shelter won't remove cats. There are other rescue groups that will help with TNR so they don't multiply. The ASPCA had a barn cat program for feral cats, but there is a long wait list. The best course of action is TNR.
Kathy Woolley.. I just recently tried to get someone out, to get 4 tiny, tiny kittens without a Momma, (she died ) about 5 weeks old. This was a big issue, the fire department was out 3 tmes, the Cops were out 4 or 5 times. Some mean jerk, put the up on a very high roof. We couldn't get to them..Close but no. Many people called, Scottsdale PD. & the Fire Dept... Many of us thought, Fire Department would rescue them off the roof, they were stranded up there. We called every shelter, dog pound, humane society, & emails too... Sadly..no shelter of any place we contacted would take them
Maricopa animal control. Is someone feeding them. Maybe a TNR will stop all additional cats.
Maybe try az humane society for relocation.
