Is there mental health here?

I have a complaint against nurse called Joanna level B my wife was room 11 bed one and this nurse gave my wife a hard time she called me and complain about her and she was very rude person how is big Hosp with this reputation to have rude people like this in the their stuff she refuse to call a cab for her she said she have another patient and she doesn’t have the time to do that and after she complained about her after 10 minutes she want to release her from the hospital I think for a personal matter after that I ask her to call the cab for her because I can’t see refused and then I called a car and I told her to stay with her at the main entrance wait for the cab to show the release documents to the driver and put her in a cab sheriff use that and she is argue with me on that please do take action against this nurse and some other nurse like her is it going to hurt your reputation my name Abdul Wahid my phone number 60267 94380 Call me if you have any questions my best regards

They will take you to a 24hr hold if they think your trying to harm yourself but no mental health
