I am currently receiving Social Security since November 2017. I would like to have 15% taxes taken out of my check for the federal government. How do I go about having this done?

Obtain form W-4V from irs.gov website. Print out, select percentage, sign form then send to your local SSA office to start withholding from your monthly benefit.

You need a Form W4V. The allowable percentages are 7%, 10%, 12% or 22%
