the absolute tiniest ___ energy and rudest security guards on the planet. i got here at 8:15am to wait for the 9am opening. i was first in line. they continued to lie to me about oh if you step out of line to move your pepper spray across the street, you can come back in line. well they lied and are horrible and let 15 people in line in front of me. i missed my work meeting because of them. rude. mean. awful humans laughing about it and saying i was lucky they didnt send me outside. some people i swear

I have been trying for two days to set up an appointment. Here it the pattern.... Call-work thru their menu-wait and listen to their promises that they want to talk to you-then after 15 minutes you get disconnected. Repeat Repeat Repeat

You'll have to wait outside in line for a while due to Covid restrictions. Dependent on the number of people waiting in line the wait could be up to an hour my wait was about 15mins. I strongly suggest that you have your own mask because you will not be allowed into the building if you aren't wearing one. Social Security does provide masks but on the day of my visit they ran out due to the volume of visitors that day.

Suggestion: call at 8:59 am so that you can be the first one they talk to😁 Not 8:58, because they will make you listen to the robot and tell you it's not office hours yet. 8:59!! After listening to the robot, I only waited for 30 seconds. They picked up at 9:01😉

I just have to have my social security card replaced I'm hoping I can go I can set up an appointment with them since I've had my covid-19 vaccines Pfizer can have certification of them and also I've got my Georgia state ID that that I can set up an appointment with them because I haven't been able to replace my social security online yet
