They are nice there but every month I am getting a letter asking for proof of something. I don’t have a fax so I have to keep taking time off work to deliver my documents by hand and still weeks later I’ll get a letter saying they never received it and I only have days to respond.

Who says you can't get service? I call the direct number to this office. After only a 3 minute hold, Ayala answered and set up an in-person appointment for me. I had been on hold for over an hour when I called the regular Social Security number. Thank you so much Ayala!

You have to know your social security number an have 3 forms of ID such as your utility bill an drivers license or State issued ID an your birth certificate an once you do the proper paperwork it shouldn't take no less than 20 minutes an you'll receive your social security card in the mail within a week or two. Hope this helps.
An adult only needs a driver's license, otherwise a birth certificate will work, but children need a current school enrollment or medical record like last visit record but must be s8gned and dated by office, a shot record will not work for children under 5 years old.
