They have a rink that you can skate in. I would call, as they have teams practicing there and derby games, to see if they have open skate times

No open sessions as far as i can tell. It's mostly for hockey and roller derby leagues
Yes there is a pro shop on their premises.
If they do it's a very limited selection. I would recommend Pure Hockey in Carle Place or Amity Harbor Sports in Amityville.
They are open 7 days a week for the most part. Hockey and the other events may have more specific schedules.
there are just league from what I know. You can go to majorie post park in Massapequa. The outdoor roller is open. to the public. We go their skate around and play pickup games
