Hi Amy, yes, we repair Dyson vacuums. Estimates are free. If the technician finds it needs more than a basic service, he will call you with the estimate before he repairs it to see if you want it done.

We usually have the machines in store so we can talk you through just about any issue. The manufacturer also has a lot of really good videos embedded on the machine as well as in you tube for your machine. If there is something we can’t help you with over the phone, we can also FaceTime.

Hi John, we repair all makes and models of vacuums and steamers. The Bissell Crosswave we can repair but not under warranty. The Little Green machine is no longer manufactured so we cannot get parts but we do free estimates.

We follow the state and city guidelines for Covid safety with sanitizing between classes, masks if we are unable to distance at least 6 feet, and a hand sanitizing station at the counter. We are also running 2 air scrubbers in the store that remove most viruses from the air down to .3 microns in size. They are the same units a local hospital purchased from us for covid patient rooms in their facilities.

The bulbs we have are currently $6.99 and $5.99.
