Theres no case you sign a waiver to jump so you cant go after them. My friend broke her ankle there when it first opened its her own fault. Legally your screwed they protect themselves when u go in you fill out the waiver to jump

Everyone needs to sign a waiver. Even if you go to Launch, Bounce U, Flight, Sky Zone, and other trampoline parks. To answer your question about suing you can’t sue due to waiver. If you read the fine print in the waiver, it says you are responsible for your own injuries and jumping is your own responsibility for it is a liability. Everyone gets hurt in trampoline parks and even death happens in trampoline parks no matter where you go in any state. If you are over 4 1/2 feet tall, you can’t be in the air balloon to begin with. Adults and children over 54 inches or 4 1/2 feet tall are allowed on the 1st floor only in the balm pit area to watch small kids. Only kids 54 inches and under or 4 1/2 feet and under are allowed to play in the playground and the air balloon due to weight and height for if there is too much weight, toys and objects can break like the swings. Rules are meant for safety. Actions and consequences is the yin yang.

I think it's important you realize that none of these responses are from the business itself but from community members who voluntarily offer answers to questions. I suggest you seek legal advice or contact Jump Off directly via phone or their website.

If your injury was caused by negligence on their part then you have a case. For example, if there was a piece of equipment that was faulty or poorly maintained you should talk to a lawyer.

you signed a waiver in order to jump, that signature you provided took away all their liability if you were hurt while in the facility, so any lawyer you talk to is going to let you know you do not have a case. Unfortunately you took a risk that did not pay off.
