I've been coming to this dunkin for over 3 years now. The individuals at the window are NEVER friendly they hand you your food and close the window. Regardless of anything you are working with the public therefore good customer service is expected. Please do better. Today I went to get breakfast before heading into work and found myself biting into a cold wake up wrap. I went to grab for the second one in hopes to have a different experience just to have the same problem. I finally get to work looking forward to warming up my breakfast to then eat just to then find a long blonde hair in it. My hair isn't blonde nor is it long (I have a pixie cut). Today was the final straw and moving forward I will be going else where for my breakfast. Note to management: Hire better people who actually care to do the jobs they're getting paid to do.

The drive thru is good, but going inside is always frustrating. You can’t see the donuts - there’s only display ones in the case - so it’s hard to pick your donuts. The last 3 visits they haven’t had frosted donuts at 8am.

Thank you for taking the time to read I went to this location I believe this location owner Carrie Gagnon hopefully I spelled the name correctly but as I asked for A request to have my milk steamed, a person that identified herself as the assistant supervisor on June 28,2022 9am Harassed me the customer that comes in before I go to the gym I will let everyone know (about this location All the other locations in Manchester or professional and they treat their customers with Quality service this location is a very poor environment, 255 Middle Turnpike ,Manchester CT

I ordered an “On-the-Go” hot coffee. When I walked in, it was not ready. I noticed a young lady working between the front register and drive-thru who also had time to take orders from four other customers who came in after me. When I questioned her about my coffee, she said that I “was not in line”. I explained I had recently placed an “on-the-go” order, thereby not necessary to stand “in line”; “on-the-go” side of Dunkin’, means an order is most always done right away (if time permits); She finally made my coffee but not without an argument and comment that they (the workers) were “slammed” (very busy) thanks to drive-thru. Understandable, but no need for the defensive comments. I still left a $2 tip for “the crew” & the coffee tasted good.
