It's an OK experience for the kids. A bit small and standard equipment and appearance. Do not come often, as there are other bigger locations with more to offer. Also, the staff is OK. More of the reason I do not come to this location is on a visit, their male staff was rude when my kid was stuck in the play tunnel and he did not want me to enter without socks and I did anyway. That put a bad taste in my mouth, and he did not offer to get him. Other than that, it's OK. My daughter likes it though.

I brought my son here and he did not enjoy anything. There is a big trampoline only for six year old, there is Barely any six year olds. There is also a huge slide but you guess what "only six year and under" are allow. This is what my son wanted to say: this place is awful it's not fun my 10 years old got bored after 20 mins I do not recomend this place for children order than 7

I had such an amazing experience. If I had a chance to give them 10 stars I would. I am a family oriented person. Who treats my family like family they are family lol… This is what I felt when I went to FLIGHT IN MANCHESTER…. Not only is it an amazing and fun place the staff went above and beyond to give my family and my self the best experience ever. This is a very loving and caring staff. It actually felt like home A SPECIAL THANK YPU TO LISA THE MANAGER for her outstanding customer service my family loved her; as well as a HUGE THANK YOU TO CHASITY one of the best crew members, for going above and beyond for my girls, making my nieces smile and communicating with them. I love that they spoke and smiled at my girls with excitement to get them amor up. They said “are we ready to have fun” and the girls screamed YESSS and started jumping. Lol Even though many don’t think is a big deal to me it is because acknowledging the real customer (THE KIDS) make a difference… yes parents are the paying customers but the real customer are the kids and by them talking to the children as they come in tells me and others THEY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER. VERY GOOD JOB GUYS. This is what keeps the business going.

The place was pretty good for a birthday party. Tje boys had a good time. Two hours flew by. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I would have my child's party there.
