I lived at Town Center Apartments in Jacksonville, NC for a year and half. I'm asking why is it taking so long to get my Security Deposit back? It should have been sent to me a month after I moved out.

I called the apartment manager's office and was told that it'll be between 60-90th days before I'll get my Security Deposit back from the main office. So should I call the main office or the apartment manager's office??
