The store does not have a single person to answer phone calls. They have installed a automated phone system,which is to be switched to the store when they open....But a lot of times it never gets switched over. The employees are not aware of the call as they are not hearing it ringing. Better to just go to the store if you want 10 salespeople asking if you need help. But can not because you are not looking for something in their department.
