This place is very unorganized. My appt was at 1:00 pm and I didn't get in to see "A Tele Communications Therapist" until 2:45 !!! I thought I was going to talk to a Real Person not a TV screen !!!! Don't go there people it is a joke !!!!! Their main concern was that I was lying about who I was and income !!

The case manager there Gabriella is positive and sweet! Which makes a good asset to them team of employees there! As I was there at my last visit, kiley was training and she will also be good asset to the team! She is also positive, energetic! We need more people who are energetic for this kind of work! And loving sweet! So if your in the area! And want a positive fast exsperience, see kiley one of the newly employees there! If you want sweet and positive! See Gabriella case manager good luck guys.

Does anyone know how to actually get a hold of someone here?? I’ve called several numbers, left voice mails, it’s been over a week & I still can’t get in touch with anyone. My sons doctor sent over a referral for him, over a week ago & no one’s even attempted to contact me.

Do not bother using this place for any mental health care needs. They absolutely just don't care! You will be passed around to multiple Dr's that seem annoyed or bothered by any issues you need help with. Just contact tarrant County if possible Especially if you have teens that need help with mental illness.

All you have to do is look up Pecan Valley calls but give you the 1-800 number go ask you a couple questions and you'll go in either on Mondays or Thursdays from 10 to 1 and then from 2 to 4 and then they do your evaluation to see if you qualify and then they'll set you up it's an awesome place with awesome staff they got wonderful counselors
Did you get through to them yet they are very busy and they're trying to take care of themselves and everybody else considering this Corona deal so the only thing you can do is keep trying because they are there for you they help with my son
Im not too sure but call up there and ask. They will answer any and all questions you have and if needed will give medicine.

Everything is income based. You have to go to an intake appointment first to determine eligibility. I came to these wonderful people straight out of Millwood psychiatric hospital after a severe manic, bipolar episode. They accept my Medicaid and when I lost it for a while, they still saw me and provided my prescriptions at no cost! My psychiatrist and therapist are WONDERFUL and I have been going there for 2 years in September. If you need intensive care like I did, they come to your house once a week. When things are on the upside, you can go to level 1 which is once a month therapy. Highly recommended...
