I have lived in Cypress View for over a year and this is my second time around. If I needed something fixed, it is fixed very quickly even in the midst of the remodeling of our apartments which I know takes a lot of time and manpower. Chuy (manager) and Roy and the other maintenance guy (sorry I don’t remember your name) are seriously so sweet and helpful. You can just flag them down if you see them outside and they will address your issue immediately no matter what’s going on! Having an apartment complex that is smoke-free has been amazing because it cuts down on all the trashy cigarette butts on the ground!

No but the water is rolled into the rent and in all its low cost. Also the apartments are very well insulated so electric cost stays low and noise level stays down.
they are designed for low income families and they do allow small animals. i called them the other day
