When I was in the ED, a woman came in to see if I was being taken care of and if I had any complaints. I suppose she was the person in question.

Unless you have a up to date tetanus shot (last five years) . Would not be a bad idea but you should see a doctor with in 48 hours. I assume the faster the better but you would probably be fine until tomorrow if it happen in the last few hours. ( I'm not a provider)
It's no longer a county hospital like JPS is. However I'm sure there are some resources available there. Just not an insurance plan like JPS does. Insurance would come thru the market place thru open enrollment. It's now a private hospital
Now that we are a Medical City I dont believe so. Healthy woman is a CHS initiative I believe.
