Expected to pay more than enough for half a broken place. Shower head and nozzle already broken. The dryer door legit ripped out . Nails and staples poking out the carpets and the maintenance just shrugs like sorry only fix when worse!? . Unbelievable

My felony was in 2001 and it was just on the border of their time frame. I suggest calling and talking to them. There are a lot of factors that play into it. Like time since the conviction, type of offense, etc. It's worth a shot and they are super helpful.
